GAUTENA operates throughout the province of Gipuzkoa and its work is helped by the excellent collaboration of a number of different local councils. Special mention must be made of the help provided by the San Sebastián Local Council, which has, among other things, ceded plots of land to the association for the construction of new projects.

KUTXA has collaborated with GAUTENA right from the start and is one its most important associates. Currently, GAUTENA is building a new Group Home on a plot of land ceded by the San Sebastián Local Council as part of a project completely funded by the KUTXA Foundation, which has also provided substantial aid towards the construction of the new Day Centre.
